Orders
1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add your selected items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is successfully completed.
2. Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@kitchenioshop.com within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
3. How can I check my order status?
After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use that tracking number to monitor delivery progress.

4. How long does shipping take?
Order processing typically takes 1–2 business days and shipping takes 7-13 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times 8-15 business days.
5. Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
6. Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship orders within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
8. How do I start a return?

9. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected and approved. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
